With technology playing a pivotal role in defining a new conscious capitalism I am passionate about helping for-purpose businesses and nonprofits disrupt inefficient and outdated models. Building on 12+ years experience in rapid custom software development, architecture, and management I am a leader in defining revenue models and capital strategies for a new generation of Social Entrepreneurs.
My diverse background working with banks that are too big to fail, and startups too small for a budget gives him a unique perspective working with any client, large or small. Over the last 3 years I have grown HiDef, Inc into the country’s largest digital agency focused on targeting innovation in Microfinance, Impact Investing, Environment, Educational, Healthcare, Faith and Humanitarian causes.
November 2009 – November 2012
Under my direction as CEO HiDef has established themselves as a a technology leader in the Social Enterprise space. Leading up business development efforts I have grown the company at an average rate of 60% annual revenue and over 200% annual earnings growth. I was responsible for the corporate restructuring of HiDef Web Solutions, to HiDef Inc, and establishment of the HiDef Advisory Board and equity plan and governance philosophy.
I did so while maintaining the balance and innovation culture and reinvested earnings into establishing health, life, 401k, vacation and sabbatical benefits as well as innovation and incubation strategies. With careful balance of culture and goals I was able to turn HiDef into one of Denver and the Nations fastest and best places to work.
July 2009 – November 2009
As Director of Client Services I lead the effort to recruit the Bible.is team which now supports over 10 million users. I also established pipeline forecasting, resource planning and contractual structure that now serves as the scaffolding for HiDef’s continued growth. Through mu dedication to my clients and understanding of their mission I established HiDef’s Client Services team as the service leader for non-profits and social enterprises.

Along with 3 of his ski partners I founded Friends of Berthoud Pass with a vision to preserve the skiing and safety at Berthoud Pass. Through stewardship with the Forest Service, and educational events for their members FOBP has become the countries most recognized grassroots avalanche education and awareness organization. Thousands of skiers attend class room sessions, and a few hundred are educated in the field each year making Berthoud Pass a safer place for everyone. I helped grow the membership infrastructure, events, and web presence that continues to fund the operation.
